Don't know what CIO is doing but as of November 2014, CIO has 13000 unopened applications.

Don't know what to do...my application is received by CIO on Dec 18/2014

Before people used to receive AOR and MR in 1.5 months
Now I m waiting almost 4 month

U r not alone n u Dont need to create thread for same thing every other day.. My friend haven't got the air from may 2014.. Now tell me is it fair... ? Keep calm u r not alone..

Don't be panic too much . My one reached 18 th sep but not yet get THE DREAM AOR . I feel you will get you AOR first week of February according to CIO current SPEED
PRAY FOR ME . We Hope our dream will true one day
