Can't predict the time. Check the CHC Islamabad status from the link given in my signature.

As per CIC website it takes 11 weeks but lately they are taking much more time then average to issue visas.

I think it depends on case to case basis.. the stronger your app and your program = the faster you'll get visa

send ur application to chc isb and forget about it for few months....

many students hav waiting since nov 2011,almost over 6 months.and after 3 months more they will wait definitely some thing come out from chc.
