How long it will take for the tracker to be activated

7 35PM.
Trackers mostly gets activated after canada post office hours. Thats when the entire day collection is processed and gets going next day.

My status has changed from submitted to approved on Dec 7.

My timeline as follows:
Application online: 10 Nov 2017
Passport request: 23 Nov 2017
Passport received by Ottawa 24 Nov 2017.
Status approved: Dec 7, 2017
Tracker activated ec 14, 2017
