For my case, I did my ME in early september 2012, and no PPR still.
It depending on how fast the security and criminal check are done.

About Curiberry - yea - the applicant seems to be CEC-March 2012 applicant.

I already got GCMS notes, eligibility, criminal, medical are passed but they havent start the security one yet which is due May 31,2013.InfoSeeker12 said:Hi curiberry,
This is really annoying that CIC is taking so long to respond after your medicals. You are a March'12 applicant. As other applicants have suggested, you should definitely send the online GCMS request (https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/client.do).
At the same time you may want to send an email to CPP-ottawa (ottpilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca) asking them the reason for this delay as its well over the standard processing time of 13 months. Asking an MP might help too. They usually call up the CIC and get the same info you get through GCMS - but they get pretty quickly, i guess.
Did you lived in several different countries before moving to Canada? That might be a reason for delay, but again your GCMS report will tell you more precisely.
