It was simple. Before I went for flagpole I asked Canadian side if they have time and they are ok doing my landing. Officers were super cool and mentioned just drive around and come back anytime. I did the same and they asked me who is the owner of the car and where do I live, then they sent me to the office where another officer made me initial terms and conditions and asked me to have a seat and came back after 10 mins and made me sign the bottom of COPR and told me to wait for PR card.. thats all :)

Thanks for the detailed report, seems to be pretty efficient at border, one last question, did you pass US border and returned or just U turn within Canada Land, because i am worried if US say denied entry stamp on my passport.

You have to exit the country. So you actually go to USA side and at the time of immigration you just tell them that you are doing flagpole. There wont be any stamp on you passport or anything. All they will do is give you a white papersheet which will mentioned that you entered to USA at this time and your entry is denied. Dont worry about rejection its not counted... I have USA B1/B2 visa and they still gave me that slip.
