Thanks for your response.

If we go after 2 years, we have to go to Saskatchewan only and work there as we have got nomination through SINP?

If we show our PR card, there will not be any question that how did we receive it?

Hi,
So Does that mean once I landed in the nominated Province and got my PR card and SIN after say 90 days then I can move anywhere in Canada for job search?

Not 90 day. You can move out of province the moment CBSA officer signs off CoPR and clears you out of the border. You need an address to receive the PR card, and that's about it

"Oh I step out of YXE and its so cold I already hate Saskatchewan"

Hi,

Q2: I heard that once Canada post returned PR card that are sent outside Canada.
May be that was easy before couple of years or so. To be checked out.

Good luck

Hello,

My wife & I got Canada Visa (Saskatchewan Province) which is expiring in July 2017.

We can’t go there for long term as of now.

Question 1 - > Can we both go there for 1-2 weeks, apply for PR and provide a local address and come back?

Question 2 - > Once PR Card arrives; can our friend courier us?

Question 3 - > Then we can go to Canada later whenever we want to with that PR card?

Are the above options possible and legal?

Regards,
Abhishek

I have landed on 15th of May, 2017 at Pearson (Toronto) and got my SIN Paper right away at the new immigration counter. They are not providing a Card anymore. It is just a paper.

You will get your PR card within six weeks after you update your mailing address in Canada. Though I have not received mine yet. CIC has all the information there.
