How long it takes for a newborn to be added to application?

Can someone please help me.

We received ITA on November 15, my wife was pregnant so the chest x Ray was deferred. Aor was on 26 December.

On January 26 we received a request to pay the landing fees. Soon the background check started.
After the child was born we submitted all the documents and the medical s on 17 May.

On the 21 St may status changed to you have cleared the medical exam.

Till now the name of the child has not been added to the dependent list.
Will the name be added or will directly PPR be issued ? Can someone please clarify.

Congratulations for your new born baby!

I am in the same situation. I got AOR in Mar but my wife was pregnant at that time so we cannot complete medical exam (everything done but x-ray).

Now my baby is born and I wrote a letter in CIC to update that I would like to add my new born baby as new dependent around 1 month ago. However I have not got any feedback from CIC till now.

Would you please share your timeline and experience? May I know what kind of document is required and how should I submitted? Thank you.
