how long it take to get visa,after medical submission????

how long it take normallyto get visa after medical submission,
my class is starting from 10th September???
i submitt my medical today

i submitted medical Aug 11 , Medical passed after that no update waiting ,waiting and waiting !

Hey guys !! The SME thng happened to be !! Try sending mails to Delhi migration email stating that the matter is urgent !!! Mine got approved in 4 days but they forgot to approve it.
