Hi,
I do have a chance to get a LMIA for a NOC-B permanent job offer with minum wage in 2 months. And I am advised to flagpole work permit when entering Canada with LMIA.

I wonder how long the work permit will be, one year or longer or the same as duration showed in LMIA? And where can I find the criteria about the duration of work permit of LMIA?

Somebody told me the duration of work permit I can get depends on the wage level, is this true?

Thanks.

NOC B roles aren't paid minimum wage. To get an approved LMIA, your employer must be willing to pay you at least the median wage for that NOC for your region.

Yes, so another question is that provided that my job offer is median wage for that NOC-B occupation, then how long will the LMIA and work permit generally be? one year or more? Thanks.
