I had landed in the mid of may and got it at the end of june

Yes, they update weekly and this time it is showing in calendar days instead of business days as it was earlier

as per cic website it is mentioned that its possible to fast track PR card processing ...

Only renewals :( that means after 5 years if you did not get passports you will renew PR card, that can be fast tracked

No it does not mention renewals any where ... I guess its applies for new applicants also

There is no expedited processing for the initial PR card after landing.
