How long is family visa process ?

Hi, we have passed our medical test in March 2018 after 2 months we email visa office new dehli india about our application process. They email us we have passed our medical test and criminality checkup and The security verifications have been initiated for all the other applicants and wait till 15 September 2018 If you do not hear anything please get back to our office and we will make another inquiry... then we have again email 14 Sep 2018 till now we gave no answer, its make me so worry what going on ?? pls any one tell me when we received our visa ??

Hi there, Maximum 4–5 working days. All it requires is passport size photographs and your Front & Back passport scanned photographs. Make sure your passport is valid more than 7 or 8 months.

Unfortunately 15september till now we didn't hear anything from visa office new dehli india even they didn't ask us about ppr or anythings like interview or Additional documents i dont' know whats going on with my application...and yes my Passport valid for 12 months.

Acutely we have passed our 6 months normal processing time even that case we didn't hear any thing from visa office even they didn't replay our email
