Application sent DHL March 7, 2017, then CPC-M received March 10, 2017 and then returned March 30, 2017.

I do not understand the letter CIC cause my partner cannot read well so his friend read it for me though poor volume on skype what I heard was IRPR section 13, 10 & 11.

Am so depressed to think that this was our re-application as common law outland philippines.
