IT seems they send out passports on fridays,.someone contacted the call center and was told to wait for 2-3 weeks. It takes about a week for the passport to be reached to the vo after delivery . And then 2-3 weeks .

thx . But I applied Outland. I called cic before, they always told me they couldn’t tell me anything since I applied for Outland
We are on the same boat, i think you can get your passport within a month after you sent it out. finger crossed. I sent mine two weeks ago and online account still showing" in progress"I read some post said if it change from "In progress" to “approved"”,that means ottawa has mailed the passport and you will receive it 2-3 days.
