How long I have to wait for a status change

May I know how long will it take to get an update? Please find my status below. Will they send any status by post mail?

You should have received MR by now or additional documents request from the VO. The 3rd line is mostly updated after they receive your medical results. They won't send you anything by post as far as I know. Which is your VO ?
