You must complete the "landing" formalities by the expiry date written on the COPR document. You can then return to your own country to settle your affairs there. You must not spend more than 1095 days outside Canada within the 1825 days since the date of your "landing". How you do this is up to you.

It will be the expiry date of your medical (one year after you completed your medical) or the expiry date on your passport - whichever is earlier.
