How long for passport request after re-medical- Islamabad?

Hello,

I applied in June 2011 for my wife sponsorship. I got a request for remedical in june 2012 and the medical was done in first week of July2012, Upto date we have not heard, usually it takes 6-8 weeks but now it's more than 11 weeks and have not heard from the Canadian Embassy......is there any one in the same shoes as mine. Pls recommend.

i have sponsored my husband since November 2009, but still his case in Islamabad is not finalized.
he did his 3rd time Medical check up on August 26 2012 but we are still waiting to get any news from them.

Dose anyone else has any idea of how long it takes for requesting of his passport ?

Sorry to hear the news...shouldn't take that long. You should write to the Canadian Embassy in pakistann and try o find the status. Good luck.
