how long for berlin

hello,

does it really take 13 months for them to process the application. we got the approval in april and the application was recived by berlin in april, so i have to wait now 13 months till i get my pr??? :'( :'( :'(

I applied unter MI-3, and my file was received by Berlin VO in march - it was then transferred to Vienna.

Yeah it takes quite long for Berlin. Mine took around 11 and a half months.
