How long for a TRV to be processed

Hello all,

Typically how long does it take for a TRV to be processed? To give you some context, I am Iraqi while my wife and daughter are Algerian nationals. We live in the Sultanate of Oman and I would say our application is pretty strong (Job here, home ownership, good financial standing, daughter in school, ec). There is no consulate in Oman so we will be doing it through a visa center. We plan to travel mid July and I will be applying next week, so we are talking about ± 7 weeks. Is this enough or am I cutting close?

Oman appears to currently be 30 days, but of course this is just an average. Individual applications can be quicker or longer. You should apply ASAP.
