How long does the online study permit application process time take in S KOREA?

I have been accepted by SFU and have submitted my application online through CIC on October 1st 2014 in South Korea. However I have not received any response from CIC. Does any one know how long is the processing time for online applications?

And additionally one more question.

For the proof of my financial support I have shown a years worth of tuition fee and living cost (Canadian Dollar $28000) will this be enough?

I'm having the same issue. Applied online on the 3rd of october, still no response yet. And i'm to resume January 5th. Concerning the proof of funds, I think showing a year's worth should be fine. I did the same thing. Wish you all the best.
