For those who applied online in April or May 2021, have you gotten any feedback? Also, if you applied online, can you reapply by paper? It seems like the online application is a bust at this point. Would appreciate feedback on this. Thanks.

Have you tried checking your Spam or Junk box for links and confirmation of submission? Also, use the webform(https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx) which will allow you to include all the details and wait for a response. Hope it helps.

Hey. I think you should send them the deferral letter without waiting for the request. It was when i submitted mine, that i started having changes made to my application.
