How long does NDVO usually take for PPR after pre-arrival letter?

Hi I also got pre arrival on 30 may 2022, but tracker shows background not started nd eligibility is in progress but If we see on ircc portal account it shows background is in processing since I have gave medical nd reviewing eligibility. I dnt kw which is true. Nd how much we should wait for PPR

Pls how do I track apart from checking gckey?

Biometric 2nd march 2022
Medical 8march 2022
Medical completed 20th march 2022
ADR requested 13th april 2022
ADR submitted 23rd april 2022
Eligibility completed 23rd may 2022
Pre arrival letter 23rd may 2022
Waiting for background (not started)

so guys my question is after pre arrival many people get ppr within 15 days ?
Someone with same timeline or experience please share

Received my pre arrival on March 11th 2022. No emails from IRCC since then. Also my application can not be added in the IRCC portal no matter how many times I try. Can some one help?

ECAS update to decision made 20th July 2022

All background check, Medical, Biometrics and eligibility check passed…..
COPR number issued on ECAS…
