Are you sure they woulf wualofy for less complex? If they qudlify gor less complex they usually come from a few select countries and it becomes very tifficult to get TRVs from those countries. These days less colplex cases take 6-9 months although some take less and some take longer. Would start by seeing if he can get a TRV.

hi everyone. I handed in my evidence after get the notice of less complex on 25 October. I haven't heard anything since then. I am wondering is there someone that in same situation or how many months should we count on iy. thanks

My case took about 4 months from filing a claim to getting a positive notice of decision. I didn't receive any letter that says less-complex, so I can't say if mine was considered less-complex or not. My hearing took about 2-3 hours. How long a case takes from start to finish might be based on a number of endless factors, many of which are only known to the IRB. In other words, each case will be evaluated on its merits. The determination of the timeline will be driven by individual circumstances, the IRB's scheduling priority, and the volume of cases in a given period.
