How long does it take to receive decision letter after decision made status update?

Hi just wanted to know how long after status changes to decision made do you receive the decision letter. And can I assume that my husband was approved?

I haven't received Decision Made letter yet, eventhough it has been showing on ecas since April. Not even received PPR.

We received passport request letter Sept 22, 2021. Passport received at Kingston ircc October 11 2021. Any idea of how long to get the passport back?
