How long does it take to re-enter the pool after declining the ITA?

If I decline the ITA now, can I expect to be eligible for tomorrow's draw? There are less than 24 hours left for the draw (if there would be one), so I'm worried that I might miss it.

If you decline an ITA, as far as I know you will be back in the pool immediately.

Do we have to make any updates to the profile after declining ITA?
