I got my conditional acceptance for the Canadian Experience Class. Then filled out the bridging visa forms, paid up and sent it off. My visa runs out in a couple of weeks and I have had no official recognition of my bridging visa application being approved / received. I sent it via courier so I know it was received at the correct office.

I am on a working holiday visa that expires in a couple of weeks. Can I work past my expiration date now that I have paid up for the CEC and the bridging visa? I know the LMO works like that where once you apply for it you have implied status?

Would love someones insight on this.

If you mean bridging work permit, then please follow this conversation: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/canadian-experience-class-b52.0/

If you have received your AOR and have applied for the BOWP before the expiry of your work permit, you are on implied status. So you are legally allowed to work until a decision has been made on your work permit.
