How long does it take to get PPR?

Hi Dear friends
According to GCMS notes I received Everything passed including Security. I even see notes of VO asking other VO to request PP after medical pass, which passed Dec 31, 2019 it said on the notes, but till now I haven't received any such request and my ecas still in process. How long does it take to get PPR and DM if officer is satisfied on the app?

I have Paid Representative and not willing to email VO for status inquiry. I'm losing patient for waiting PPR for more than two months
