How long does it take to get an Acknowlegement of Receipt from CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia?

Hi All,

I have a Provincial nomination and applied through the paper process from within Canada. Its been a couple of weeks since the CIO's address received my package (as per tracking information).

How long is it taking these days, for the CIO's office to send the first AOR ? Also, what format is it sent in - over email or through Canada Post?
