How long does it take from medical received to passport request?

Hello peers,

I've done my medical check on March 4th and it's received by CIC on about March 14th. However, I still haven't got any passport request yet. I'm so worried. My application originally was processed in Singapore, but it's transferred to Manila, Philippines and I got medical request from Philippines visa office.
Can anyone tell me how long I still have to wait to get a passport request?

there is no specific duration ..

in my case i did my medicals in September and i am still did not hear anything

you have a long way to go my friend hang in there. You are looking at 3 to 4 more months
