How long does it take for the PR to come once medicals are redone??

It has been one year one month since we have applied for our PR we applied on 21st September 2018 and are still waiting for our PR to be received.Our medicals got expired on 21st July 2019 however on 5th September 2019 CIC asked us to redo the medicals and the same is done and we have passed it on 14th September 2019 but we still have not received any confirmation on our Visa it has been more than a month since we have redone our medicals.
The status is still showing pending for background check since very long ?
How much time more would it take to get done the wait has been too long now.

I passed remedicals on 29th August and still waiting. No one knows how long will it take. To calm down I called CIC and discovered that eligibilty and security are passed, but my husband’s criminality is still in process, so background check is indeed still in process for our case. Agent told me to just wait. Each case is unique and depends just on the officer to look again and finalize our applications.

I passed remedials on Oct 20th and got RFV mail on Oct 30th!
think it depends a lot on visa office too

Hello please I did my upfront medicals and I reported a case of insomnia for which I took medication in 2017. Is this going to affect my PR
