How long does it take for Medical exam to be processed? and is it a positive indication to get one after Eligibility is 'Completed' in IRCC tracker?

I applied on January 18 2023 and received a medical request on the 20th of June.
Currently, My IRCC tracker shows
Biometric: Completed
Medical: In progress
Eligibility: Completed
Background verification: In progress

I will be sending my medical report tomorrow, how long does it usually take for it to be completed after submission?
Also is it a good sign that I received one after it shows that eligibility is completed on the IRCC tracker? Is it more likely that I will be getting my Visa?

where did you apply from ? Where is your visa office ?

a medical request in a non-sds case is usually a positive sign. My timeline is in my signature, you can go over it. I also received medical request quite early on after completing eligibility but its been over 5 weeks i have not heard from IRCC. No BVL or PPR yet.

I applied from Bangladesh and my visa office is in Singapore.
That's good but I thought it would've been sooner. So ig there are no certainties as to when I'll get my visa decision as it's taking you over 5 weeks. Although there wasn't any update on my file for over 20 weeks and updates only started to come after I sent a web form about it. I hope that both of us get a positive response soon.

i thought that too since i got my eligibilty completed within a week of applying and than medical request quite early on. But apparently you can never get too lucky & currently im stuck.
Hoping to hear from them soon.
