How long does it take for CIC to send passport back after temporary visa is approved?

Hi,

I am in Ottawa and I have sent my passports to CPC- Ottawa for stamping,

Timeline:
Passport Sent: 11 Jun
App Status changed to Approved on 14 Jun
Return tracker not activated yet..

Does any one know how long it might take to receive passports back?
