How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

I sent my passport on November 15, got it back December 4th stamped with copr. Total time 3 weeks.

Tracker activated yesterday and expected to receive my passport on friday or early next week. 7 weeks total of waiting since they received my passport last Oct. 21 Hope you receive as your as well forummates. God bless all.

10/04/2013 - Received Med Request
10/11/2013 - Went to the doctor to do the medical
10/16/2013 - Doctor sent results to CIC electronically
10/22/2013 - Police clearance received by CPP-O as per courier tracking system. I also emailed the proof of funds on this day
10/29/2013 - Received passport request
11/06/2013 - Sent passports to CPP-O
11/07/2013 - Passports received by CPP-O
12/02/2013 (06:27 PM) - Xpresspost tracking got activated
12/05/2013 - Passports received

I received a COPR letter today.
It took me a month to received it since CIC received a copy of my passport.

Visa Office: Buffalo --> CPP-OTTAWA
App. Filed: May 2011
Med's Request: + RPRF Request: Sep. 2013
Passport Request: Oct. 31 2013
Passport Sent: Nov. 1 2013 (A copy of passport) CIC received on Nov. 4 2013
Decision Made on eCAS: Nov. 2 2013
COPR Received: Dec. 5 2013

I done my Landing last night at Emerson, Manitoba Border. It was Quick, 10-15 min at US Customs and 20-25 mins at Canada Customs. Their was no rush at that time.

I live in Winnipeg and Done my Landing at Emerson Boarder.

US Customs
I told US customs that i am here for Flagpole.
They just asked me, if i ever been to US before. and then they asked me To park my Car and Go to Office, where they gave me "Refuse to Enter" Letter for Canada Customs.

I Made a U turn to Canada Border and Showed my Passport and "Refuse to Enter" letter and i told "i m here to PR Landing". They gave me Parking Spot to park my car and i went to office and Surrender my Work Permit and Work Visa with 2 copy of COPR came with Passport. it took 20-25 mins to ready the Papers and they Attached COPR with My passport and took 1 Copy of COPR for their reference for PR card Purpose. They also took my Current Residential Address for Mailing Purpose.

That's It...Done.

Finally! I received our passport with Visa stamp together with COPR.
They took exactly 2 mos. from the day they received our passport
till they deliver it back by regular mail to our address in U.S.A.

Nope, there's no phone number to call. I emailed the CIC last week but no response at all. The last email I had from them was they received the passports and it is queue for finalization. that's it! When they asked for the passport they said that we have to send it immediately because they cannot extend the duration of the visa and yes their immediately is taking so long,

Passport and COPR received today and it took exactly 7 weeks for me and for my daughter passports to be returned via canada expresspost. For those who wait for their passport to be returned Goodluck guys, Sooner you will get yours with visa stamp. Planning to do flagpoling ASAP. Any advice what should i bring and where us the nearest port from edmonton alberta? GODSPEED
