How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

Pls guys I got a mail that my permanent resident visa appears to be ready, i submitted my passport for visa collection 3weeks ago through DHL in lagios as advised by Canadian embassy in Ghana. But have not heard anything back from them since... even to acknowledge the receipt of the document. I sent them a mail no reply.
Pls anyone knows how long does it take to issue the visa through mail. I wish i had gone down myself.. i would have collected it the same day.
Pls if anyone knows how long it will take to come out.

hey dadaum..thanx a lot bro. I am plannin to go back home and to do my landing on my way back at toronto airport. yeahh PR card wait is the another thing I may not like but however I wish you all the best and hopefully all you friends will get ur pp's or tracker activates this week.
Check it around 5pm to 7pm torotno time. Mine got activated at 17:59.

Hey dingdingding...dont worry bro..you are close enough. Give them atleast 4 weeks. I was also gettin panic but as you see in the end everything turned out to be good. good luck.

read it carefully it may also say that they might have received it but not opened and associatedto your file yet.

Day 23 for me and feverishly checking the tracking app still. Hopefully it will pop up soon ( They had my PP since Sept 3rd)
