They received mine on 27th Aug and they returned it to me on 9th Sep.

I sent my passport to Ottawa on Aug 26 by Xpress prepaid envelope.
I sent CPP Ottawa an email and they said they have not received my passport!!! This is insane! Someone has put a signature! I didn't really expect this one!!...

Mine was signed by S YOHANNES, but I also haven't heard anything from them yet. Should I send them an email to do the follow up???
