Trash is where Gmail puts the messages you delete. They sit there for 30 days after you delete them, before Gmail deletes them completely, so you have a whole month to spot any errors and put them right.
Well i dont see anything in my trash and in my inbox.
On the top CIC is not responding to the emails horrible situation.

Hello
All...Please how long does it take to get PP back from CPP-Ottawa after submission?
I live in U.S. and using FEDEX.

Just a rough estimate because I know it varies

Thanks

If you are living in USA, they will use regular mail to send back your passport unless you can get prepaid envelope from Canadian post. Therefore, This thing will delay your process. I am in the same boat and waiting for my passport from last 11 days. I will keep you posted. I think roughly, it is taking around 20 days to get your passport back from Canada to USA

Whattt?.....But l have a pre-paid fedex returning envelope already for their simple use, why will they still use the regular?
How can you then track it if they are done with your PP then?

I hope we get it much quicker, because it so funny

Check your PP request email or letter carefully, they may have mention it clearly. I have also sent them a prepaid Fedex envelope but all gurus in the portal have mention me that they will still use regular mail. I have tried to contact CPP-Ottawa even they said me the same thing. It's funny and don't know why they don't understand it will be difficult for us to sent Canadian post envelope from USA. We are ready to pay for Fedex and can also arrange pick up but somehow they don't care. if you know someone in Canada then ask them to purchase that envelope and send to you then you can forward that envelope with your passport in one packet.

okay! at least, i'm not alone! did u sent any message to ottawa? cause it's almost 2 monts for you

its impossible to understand how they work.. certainly not first come first out! anyway...
Yes,I emailed them after waiting for about one month (in July). I got an ordinary type reply from them.... saying "your application is currently in queue to be finalized. Please note that we are unable to estimate the remaining processing time required for your application". It confused me... because my online status changed to decision made in June. Do they still have to process after PPR...???? after decision made?????

Not sure what is going on and how they work on after PPR. some lucky people get PP back in few days... and some very unlucky people like me waiting for months......
if they take a year or two or even longer after PPR.....still, the only thing that we can do is 'waiting'. This is really a painful process.
Waiting....waiting..... and waiting...... :(

Are you based in USA or Canada? This is very annoying and scary. I am expecting my passport to reach me by regular mail. God knows, what will happen..till you get everything in your hand. This process will never end. Let see. Good Luck

There are NO application recvd or in process thing anymore after PPR or DM is given!!!

If they say in process, they mean your PP is in line for stamping!!!

Don't forget we are not the only ones immigrating, there are thousands all over the world.

So just be patient and thank god, many of the applicants haven't even reach where you are.

We are already at the FINISH LINE, lets pray and help those still in the process

i know very well we are not the only ones immigrating after almost 2 years of waiting. there are so many people. i understand that. what i dont understand and i dont find fair is some people are getting their PP in 10 days and some are waiting for months ans months! if the processing time is 3 months for each case , ok, i accept it and i wait my turn with plaisir. besides, it's just visa stamping part. So normally each case is equal for treatment.. there is no backround check etc. iit's just visa stamping. So... why are they so unfair to process our cases?
