How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

I got my passport back just now with Visa's ...

total it took 68 days i.e around 10 weeks....

and unfortunately I won't be able to do landing this week end...I am on call support this week end...

Congrats and as per my experience, it won't take more than 2-3 hours for completing your landing from Montreal.(I did last week with same time)

you mean to say total travel time and landing will be around 2 to 3 hours?
and I do not have car...do you know any one in Montreal who provides boarder service..

Since Ottawa started issuing PR visas for provincial nominee applicants there hasn't been a clear timeline for issuing the visa.

It is almost 2 months that I sent my passport but no news yet!!!!! I am so worried and I tried to contact them , no answer!!!

Exactly after 10 days of receiving similar email to me, I got my passports back. But before 2 days of my tracker got activated, I have received another email saying we have received your passports and processing time is unknown.

Congratulations in advance, hopefully your passport has THE visa in it and they didn't return it empty

Does this mean the visa office may return your passport without visa too?? Why they might wanna do it? If they dnt want to issue visa what do they ask for the passport for? And if they give some reason that isnt a result of your case/medicals or your history then they should stop issuing visas to the next ALL pnp applicants in queue... i m worried now because i have sent my pp on April 17 and they have got it on 19th but I am very last in this endless waiting queue...

I dont think it is that ..i talked to my friend who's friend works in CIO -NS she told me they have lots of work there and sometimes some visa officer assigned to to this work maybe on Holidays ..there are so many factors..So relax and wait .

I sent my passport to CPP-Ottawa which received at 09, April, 2013 I sent them email twice and the standard reply:


Dear Sir/Madam,

We have received your passport and your application is currently in queue to be finalized. Please note that we are unable to estimate the remaining processing time required for your application.

If you have included a prepaid Xpresspost return envelope, your passport will be returned using this envelope. If you have followed the instructions on the website and kept note of the tracking number, you should be able to follow its delivery on the Canada Post website.
If you did not provide a prepaid Xpresspost return envelope, your passport will been returned to you by regular mail.

Now it's first may my tracker is not not yet validated Hope I'll ask my MP next week to follow up with them.

I am in queue since 18th Feb. They have my passport. Dont go to MP. wait for atleast 2 weeks and see if they send you.

Thou I am going to MP today coz its my 11th week now.
