How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

I cant believe no one is getting there passport back ....there is some major problem at CPP-Ottawa

I spoke to one guy today and he told that Dehli visa office took 6 months to return his wife's passport.

if you are a Muslim and have travel history in your passport...i guess you are in trouble.
I guess they are doing additional checks based on our travel history...so till that finishes...they are not going to return passports...

my MP is not so helpful..I sent him a mail and he is not replying at all...
I suggest every one to contact their MP and get the exact reason for this delay...

I do not think that our passports are misplaced...they are intentionally blocked for unknown period...

I got my passport back last April 26,2013 after 7 weeks of waiting....

congrats, 7 weeks aint bad
