How long does it really take? TRV Processing Time

Hello!

We called CIC Call Centre to check the processing time for TRV applications and they said that applications submitted after a certain day in October 2015 have not been yet processed and the wait time is 130 days. However, then we continued on to check the application status after entering the application number and birth year. They said that the application is currently being processed, and they said to check the processing time online (which should be 21 days for Lebanon). I'm now quite confused! Are we really waiting 130 days?

130 days is for extension.! r u applying extension or just the visitor visa?

Do you know if there's a maximum amount of time it will take for them to email us their decision? It has been over a month for us when it should just be around 21 days for Lebanon. I'm just wondering if there is a maximum
