You should check your app. There were parts for you to complete and info to provide showing your intent to return to Canada.

Now note: I'm not saying that this issue WILL delay or has delayed your app, just the thing I noticed in the info you provided that could have an impact. So it's worth checking but might not be an issue.

BTW: if you have made further preps to return to Canada since you applied, you could submit an 'update' by webform, and that might (conceivably) help move things along.

As others have pointed out applications from Pakistan tend to have longer processing times. Very common for it to be closer to 15 months even if no issues. Also recommend ordering GCMS notes but this may be normal processing.
