Receive what? Are you talking about PCC?
Or talking about IRCC criminality check? If so, you are not supposed to receive anything. criminality check happens in the back scene and won't be reflected in your profile except in GCMS notes.

Depends...if you are not a criminal then it gets cleared in couple of days to a week. If you are a criminal it might take longer.
