How long does CIC take to reply an email enquiry(Sydney Office)? Any experiences

I sent an email on June 29 explaining my situation to an officer about my working conditions.

The acknowledgement said they will reply with 20 days and its already 20 days and no reply yet.

Just wondering if anyone else has any experience of emailing and receiving a reply.

I emailed to sydney office btw.

strange!! none has ever emailed to sydney office for any enquiries ... :-s

mostly in 3-4 days

their acknowledgement said that it takes them about 20 working days ...

have you ever got a reply with in 3-4 days?

Could it be possible they might be investigating for my explanation as it was little complicated.

Is it given though that they will reply for sure?

I emailed Sydney as I accidentally sent an updated Police check there where as it should have been sent to Ottawa. I left it for a few days and no reply so I emailed Ottawa explaining how my Police check will need to be transferred over to your office from Sydney. I had a reply from Ottawa the next day. Sydney finally got back to me after a month. Both emails from Sydney and Ottawa explained that my police check had been forwarded to my application in Ottawa. Now with the strike nothing no time line is guaranteed

hmm... I just hope for a reply man.... because it is really critical and will put lots of stuff for me at ease;

So they will reply me for sure right? even if its after a month or 2?

My experience was 25 days. When I sent an email to Sydney, got an automated mail right away that they would reply after 20 days. Kept waiting and then after 25 days there was a reply.
