I called an agent and found out that everything in my study permit application has passed but it’s waiting in queue for an officer to review and send out the final decision. My file is being processed at the Ottawa office. Anyone knows how long an application stays in queue for review? I got my BVL almost two months ago and nothing has moved since.. appreciate any inputs or experiences.. Thank you.
