How long does amendment to spouse Sponsorship takes?

Is it taking the same time as is shown on CIC for processing Sponsorship applications (27 days at this time) or they process them with priority when adding dependents (newborn baby) ?

Did anyone have experience recently with this and could you please share how many days it took Mississauga from receiving the updated forms to sending approvals ?

27 days. There is no priority.
