how long can wait for medical

i recieved my cic file number last october 2016 and the cic requesting a police clearance from my past employer which is in taiwan and they give me untill February 08,2017. but first week of January I already send the police clearance from taiwan.. My question is, when can i recieve the medical because i think im waiting for so long..thank you...
