Stayed over the permitted visa time , I don't have any charges of any kind .

Received a phone response first week of August being promised that my application has been forwarded to a supervisor and my police certificate will arrive in 2-3 weeks.

Any update on this ? In a similar situation.
 
If charges were withdrawn or case dismissed ... it takes forever. I have been waiting since 2 months now. My charges was withdrawn and case dismissed. Did you guys receive the fingerprints results Late ? How late? And did the withdrawn charges show on the records even tho they were withdrawn or case dismissed?? Please let me know .what happened with you guys as i am in same situation you were in few years ago. What was the outcome??

Hey did you get your results back ?
If you did how long did it take exactly ?
 
I did my fingerprint On early aug
I’m still waiting
My charge was when I was a youth and the case was withdrawn so my record is supposed to be sealed but it’s still taking so long
