How long before Student VISA gets approved by Singapore office?

Hi,

My friend just applied for a student visa to the Singapore office and I am curious to get some feedback from those who have experience from the same Consulate office.

How many days did it take before they approved or rejected your VISA?

My friend applied from Bangladesh, but did everything online.

His stats are:

Application Submitted: 26 May 2016

Biometric Submitted: 29 May 2016

Biometric Received: 31 May 2016

Medical Passed: 5 June 2016

Can someone give any feedback about how long before we will see some further progress on this case?
