How long after receiving the correspondence letter for biometrics, do you receive an answer?

Someone should please advice me.
I applied for Study Permit from Nigeria Fall 2019 resuming September 4th.
Application submitted on 13th June at Abuja VAC office.
Biometrics Done 13th June
Application Recieved 14th June
Application linked to online CIC account on 19th June
Have not done medicals yet!
Biometeric Correspondence Letter received on 16th August
1. Could someone pls tell me if there is possibility of my application being approved without medicals since my classes resumes on 4th Sept, abt 2weeks time from nw.
2. Is it possible to get Biometrics Validity Letter without medicals.
3. How long do I hv to wait again for an update on my CIC account.
Am seriously worried!

I am in similar situation with you.
I learnt from IRRC website that it takes 9weeks for processing Study Permits for Nigerians. The waiting time is long & filled with tension.
I think we should jst wait & pray they respond early.

Yes similar case i got correspondence letter on June 18...and still i am waiting
I apllied on 20190620 I received my biometric confermation letter on 18 August
But still nothing happened can you tell me how long it will take now or will i get the visa or not thanks

I have received a correspondence letter for biometric today 20-Aug-2019 in my online account which I linked for my offline application submitted on 3rd Jul 2019 for TRV in vfs Kolkata India. Current status is "Visa application is being processed at the Canada visa office from last 3 weeks.
How much time it will take to get the final decision and dispatch my passport.
