How long after passport submission

Hi All,

After all those request to my lawyer and visa office , I received the extension order from the visa office for good long 30 days.
**Now I have completed my medicals with my family, the reports already sent to the visa office.
**The visa office has already waived my interview
**They have asked for the police clearence and passport, which I sent it today.

Now my question how long it might take after the submission of all the docs. Any idea of what should be the status of our application. Secondly do you think if they have completed the back ground check or they should be doing it now.
