How Long After Medicals

i got a mail from cic today sayin "There have been no updates to your application (Sxxxxxxxx) since you last checked your MyCIC account. Thank you for your patience.

Got another mail yesterday saying "your application has been updatedand I should log into my CIC account, I logged into my account and I didn't see anything.... Medical passed since January 14th

Still waiting after completing my medicals since 11th of January.... it not fair but there is God

I have a deferral letter, should I sent it to cic or I should just wait till they ask.
If I want to sent it is it going to be through email or the through my cic account, please how do I do that?
Still waiting for final decision,I applied on 13tg December and did Medicals on the 11th of January no reply since my medical was updated as "medical passed"

Send a case specific inquiry with your application number and specify that processing time for your country has passed. and attach the deferral letter. they should reply you in a week or 2.
that worked for me. just that after submitting what they asked for i haven't heard from them since. Maybe they are ignoring all the people from africa.

Thanks sisi I just did that now I sent them case specific enquiry and I attached the new admission letter,wat part of Africa did u apply from?and wat document did they ask you to submit again. I don't mind adding you on what'sapp pls share ur contact.Thanks

I applied from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Nov2nd

I started emailing them asking about my application on January and kept emailing them once every month ever since

They respond was ( still under processing )

Yesterday they answer, waiting for security clearance from Canada !

they asked for police clearance, and told me they were giving me my last chance to submit. Sorry no whatsapp.
applied in south africa.

Wow it seems no one from Africa that applied from December upward till now has gotten visa.Thats sad!

Hi all I felt I should update you people.
I've been refused today on four reasons
1. You have not satisfied me that u would leave canada at the end of your stay
2.family ties in Canada and in country of residence
3.purpose of visit
4.travel history...

So sad but wat can I do.
I will work Nd reapply next week these time on paper I think it more faster than online. It took them almost on months to refuse me on online.

sorry Farko, all the best for your next application. why did they ask you to do medicals if you would still get denied. Maybe i should be expecting the same result too.

Just pray! When I heared medical doesn't mean approval anymore I thought it was a joke.
I will re apply. Send them case specific enquiry that stuff helps
