How long after medical exam should we expect our online application to be updated?

We are January 2020 applicants from the US. Request for Medical exam came on December 31st 2020, and the medical exam was completed on Jan 13. It's been two weeks now, and nothing has budged on our online application on IRCC.

Should we be concerned? We can't call the IRCC from outside the country. Is it worth it sending a webform to enquire, or calling the medical exam people again?

It has nothing to do with IRCC yet, where you took your exams they should have told you how long it takes them to send the results. In my case they told me it took them 15 to 20 days to send the results, unless something went wrong they would contact me first.

Try calling the test provider first. It took 5 days for my results to be reflected in my account. But it depends a lot on the province where you did it.

They said they sent the results within two days - so it should have updated on ircc by now, no? That was 2 weeks ago.

It doesn't matter when they sent the medicals to IRCC. From AOR date it takes at least a month to show up in your account.
